Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy is for Washington consumers: people who live in Washington State or whose data is collected there. Washington’s My Health My Data Act protects “consumer health data”, which includes biometric data such as a voice recording from which a voiceprint can be made. Lullventyr LLC (“Lullventyr”, “we”, “us”) treats your voice data as consumer health data. It is the only consumer health data we ask for; please leave any other health information out of messages to us. This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and our Voice & Biometric Data Policy.

What we collect and why

• Your voice recording — the passage you record to set up your AI voice, and its transcript.
• The voice prepared from it — the voice features and temporary voice models our voice engines calculate from your recording.
• Narration in your voice — the stories read in your AI voice.

We use them only to check your recording (that it is clear, that you read the passage and the words shown, that only one person speaks and that narration made from it sounds like you), to make narration of the stories you choose for your account, to play it to you and to answer your requests. We don’t sell your voice data or use it to identify you.

Where it comes from

From you: you record your voice in Lullventyr after you agree to voice processing. The transcript, the voice prepared from it and the narration are made from that recording, by us and by the providers below.

Who receives it

We send your voice data only to the companies that run parts of the service for us, for the purposes above:

• Amazon Web Services — our cloud provider, which stores it and runs our servers.
• Cartesia — a voice-AI company. Every recording goes to Cartesia to be transcribed and checked, and Cartesia also makes narration in your voice. It may keep the recording, the story text and the narration under its own terms.
• RunPod — a cloud company whose graphics servers run IndexTTS, a voice model we use to make narration in your voice.

We don’t share it with any affiliate or anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

Your rights

You can:

• confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, and get a copy of it, with a list of everyone we have shared it with and how to contact them;
• withdraw your consent to our collecting and sharing it; and
• have it deleted.

Removing your voice in your account settings withdraws your consent and starts the deletion of your recording and the narration made with it. For anything else, including deletion of copies held by our providers, email us at support@lullventyr.com. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you before we act on it. There is no charge. We answer within 45 days; if we need longer, we tell you why within those 45 days and answer within 45 more.

If we turn down all or part of a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We answer an appeal in writing within 45 days, with our reasons. If we turn down the appeal, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General.
