Refund Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains when Lullventyr LLC (“Lullventyr”, “we”, “us”) refunds a paid plan. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account’s billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan and its remaining rendering time stay available until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period.
When we refund
- Light use. If you have used less than 15% of the rendering time included in the billing period you paid for, you can ask for a refund of that period’s payment. Ask before that period ends.
- Billing errors. A duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is always refunded in full.
- Closed by us. If we close your account or stop offering Lullventyr for our own reasons, and you haven’t broken our Terms, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for, counted in days, however much rendering time you have used. You don’t need to ask.
Rendering time is the monthly time used to create narration in your voice, shown on your account’s Usage page. Listening to or reading stories does not use it.
When we don’t refund
- A period in which you used 15% or more of its rendering time.
- A period that has already ended.
- A switch to a lower plan: you keep the current plan’s rendering time until the period ends, and the lower price starts from the next renewal.
- A switch to a higher plan: you pay the new plan’s full price and a new month starts that day. The rest of the current month isn’t refunded; its unused rendering time carries over.
- A period in which the voice rules in section 4 of our Terms were broken.
Apart from the cases under “When we refund” and what the law requires, payments are non-refundable.
How to ask
Except when we close your account or stop offering Lullventyr, refunds are made only on request, through our support team: email support@lullventyr.com or use the support form in your account settings, from the email address on your account. Tell us which payment you want refunded. We check your rendering time for that period and answer within 5 business days.
What happens after a refund
- A refund goes back to the payment method you used, tax included. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
- A refund for the current period ends your plan when the refund is made: the account returns to the free plan, and the rest of that period’s rendering time is removed. A refund for an earlier period, or for a duplicate charge, keeps your plan.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy that applicable law gives you.
